Windows Azure Account

Hi

I created a Windows Azure account through management Portal for creating BizTalk storage account.

Initially I was able to see 27 days free trial

But Now when I try to create a new Service the free trial is disabled also I tried to view my bill and it says "We are sorry, but we could not complete that operation. "

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

Hi Sriram,

If you find that your account has been disabled before the end of the trial period, it could be that you might have exceeded the expending limit. From http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/pricing/spending-limits/

"If you exceed these allocations, a spending limit will apply and your service will be disabled until the beginning of the next billing month".

Hi Sri,

For this billing question Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/
Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers?wa=wsignin1.0
