Windows 7 won't see server
I have an OSX 10.5.8 Leopard server on a PowerMac G5 i have been building into a file server, and i have been in the process of getting the computers in my house to see and logon to the server for file access. So far, I have 2 other Macs which connect to it, and 6 Windows 7 machines as well. So far, of the 6, I have 2 computers which will see and connect to it no problem, one is a wireless Dell Latitude, and another a wired Dell Precision. The 2 problem machines are a Dell Dimension and another Dell Latitude, wired and wireless respectively. The other 2, both HP laptops, I haven't gotten to testing yet. But the 2 problem machines will see my homegrouped Windows 7 machines, but not the Mac. I have tried typing in its address into the Network and Sharing Center, but that opens up IE and says it was an invalid address. Now i have a wiki on the server, and if i type that address into IE, that comes up no problem, but when i try to connect to the machine itself, it's a no go. Does anyone have any thoughts?
