After 2 years all windows packages old compiled and new blank documents are frozen on attempting to open or type new and kicks out an unlicensed error message and code... My product key is displayed on my certificate on the back of my ASUS  laptop which was already installed when I purchased the laptop, yet it won't accept it on trying to fix or repair... The restore and turn on windows pages are also empty and non active with no check boxes or restore points so one can attempt to restore to an earlier point to see if that would fix the problem, it just gives unlicensed and error readings... I can not re-install from disc as I have not got a disc it was already pre-installed, I only have a product key number and window stickers at back of laptop with certificate and related info...

How can I fix this problem as it seems like all online attempts has failed so far or the links referred to is inactive??
