Hi, Please post the error message when you install software. Try below command in command prompt to re-registry all .dll file for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1 Which permission do you use to install this software, right click the software and choose run as administrator to install it. Did you try to install using Administrator account ? Check the prerequisite to run the software or game before installing. For Windows 7 Client OS, it is better to discuss here. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7 http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/category/w7itpro Thanks
