Hi,
If you look at a license statement and it shows no computers running Win7, that would indicate that you need to enter License agreements into AIS by selecting the "Upload License Agreements" Action. In the Add Agreement Wizard you can either Upload a CSV file of license information or manually add agreement information. Please let us know if you have done this.
