we have windows 2008 Sp2 server and all of a sudden its prompting for Windows Product is not Geniune, we have tried everything possible

1. Slmgr -rearm /slmg -ato /slmgr -ipk (productKey) ran mddiag and found below error

C:\Windows\system32\linkinfo.dll[Hr = 0x80070002] + LegitcheckControl ActiveX: N/A, hr = 0x80070002

Any help will be appreciated before taking extreme steps of rebuilding the server
