Hi, The error number 0x8004102 was written incorrectly. There should be 8 digitals after 0x. Sorry, I missed one digit. The error message is 0x80041002. I actually have also noticed that the same error occurs if I try to install any program so it seems something is wrong with the machine itself. I tried the settings mentioned by Mr X but that didn't help. "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
