Windows 2008 R2 server blocking clients randomly while connected through wifi

Hello,

My windows server randomly blocks access to some of the users which accessing the server through the wireless access points.

Here is some of the problem description.

We have two server Windows 2003 Server(srv1) and Windows 2008R2(srv2).  Both server's firewalls is disabled. Both server connected to the same network switch. Now during the day some of the clients complaining that connection to the shared folders on the srv2 is lost instantly, at the same time same users who was problem accessing srv2 can easels access  srv1. Also ping to srv2 timeouts. After few minutes connection is restored by itself. All users if are connected through the Ethernet does not experiencing the problem at all! 

WiFi: Cisco WAP200 (replaced by the D-LINK DWL3200 AP, Same problems)
Server (SRV2): HP Priliant ML310e GEN8, Windows 2008R2 Service Pack 1, all updates is installed!

This is an internal network server, we do not have any routers/firewalls between users and servers

Could you offer us some event log when the issue occur?

And could you offer us some original packet for analyse when the when a problem occurs. As the output will become large, DON'T post them into the thread, please use Windows Sky Drive (with open access!) https://skydrive.live.com and add the link from it here.

Base on my experience, it quite possible caused by your network, such as the IP address conflict, the virus attack, switch interface issue, the network adapter driver.
