I would look at getting a "server" laptops are not built to function as full time equipment. Off the top of my head, you are probably overheating the system, laptops just do not do a good job of dumping heat for days on end with no break, the fans and cooling systems are not designed to perform like that. As the system overheats, you memory and onboard system cache will become impared and probably the results of your errors. Higher end latop video cards are heat monsters.:P Advice offered, If you need more help it is advised to seek the council and advice of paid professionals. The answer is always 42, or reboot.

I periodically monitor the temperature thru CPUThermometer. I also tried disabling the turbo boost for i7. But The same system runs on W7 flawlessly. The problem occurs whenever I shutdown as well. Work around: while powering up i press f8 and select disable driver signature enforcement

to find the root cause for the behavior you have posted above a memory dump file should be examined. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649 However, if all of these steps do not work, an analysis of the crash dump file may be needed. To trouble shoot this problem efficiently, I suggest that you speak directly with a Microsoft Support Professional so that the crash dump can be analyzed. For a complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services phone numbers and information about support costs, please go to the following address on the World Wide Web: http://support.microsoft.com/directory/overview.asp Thank you for your understanding and I hope this will be resolved soon.http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin
