Windows 2008 R2 Ent 32bit
Hello, I have a Windows 2008 R2 Ent edition on Sunfire x4450 server; I have file share and Hyper-V installed. I want to install Windows 2008 R2 32bit as virtual OS. During the Virtual Install: I read I can run up to 4 instance but why when I did the install; it was asking for a key. I have Volume License Keys (KMS and MAK) Would I be able install the EVAL Windows 2008 R2 Ent 32bit edition and later insert the volume key I have to make it a full? Does any know how I can the iso of the volume windows 2008 r2 32bit; without having to the mscorfot site/msdn/action pack, eopen etc Can anyone provide me the iso for volume cd for windows 2008 r2 32bit ent edition? Thanks

"Would I be able install the EVAL Windows 2008 R2 Ent 32bit edition and later insert the volume key I have to make it a full?" You should be fine in using the evaluation period of the OS and re-arming it 3 times for a total of 180 days, but after that you will have to remove it or uprade it to the licensed version with the VLK's. "Can anyone provide me the iso for volume cd for windows 2008 r2 32bit ent edition?" I could be wrong, but if my memory is correct Server 2008 R2 is available only in 64bit version. It will no longer be supported for the 32 bit platform. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Server_2008#System_requirements Here's the location where you can download the evaluation ISO. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2008/en/us/trial-software.aspx

Hello, Thanks for answering. I know now Windows 2008 R2 only now supported in 64bit. I had also asked would I able to change the EVAL key for EVAL ISO to the Volume Key for the said new Windows 2008 Ent 32bit virtual install? If so how? Since the key that I have is for volume keys; I dont have the cd or access to the sites to download the volume iso file (windows 2008 ent 32); Any have it? Or when can i get it? Thanks

How to "or uprade it to the licensed version with the VLK's."

"Any have it? Or when can i get it?" Ha. No, you need to buy your own. Sharing VLK's is stricly against MS policies (see Piracy). The same place you orignally got the VLK's is where they (the source) are distributed from (Volume License Service Center) & since virtually all VLK are purchased on behalf of companies, it begs the question if you're attempting to use a pirated source?

Ok thanks for reading half of the responses :) I already HAVE the VLK - Thank You - As I have already said NUMEROUS times ( "I have Volume License Keys (KMS and MAK)" "Can anyone provide me the iso for volume cd for windows 2008 r2 32bit ent edition" "Since the key that I have is for volume keys; I dont have the cd or access to the sites to download the volume iso file (windows 2008 ent 32); Any have it? Or when can i get it") I need the volume windows 2008 32bit enterprise OS, iso; so when i enter MY key and it would be acknowledged
