Hi all, I converted a windows 2008 R2 EE server and when the VM server start it stop with the following error message: "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shu down." I tried to repair the boot server using Startrep.exe and sfc (with commutators like /SCANNOW,...) and it did not work. Did somome had a mimillar issue/error message and who can resolve it. Thank you for your help.Saidovic

hi all, I used PlateSpin Migrate v9.0.2 to convert this machine to VM. Please not that PlateSpin did not function in offline with windows2008, so I use the OnLine migration An other thing, on the ESX server, I created the VM with all requered ressource as disk and memory and so on..., so PlateSpin work like if I want to migrate a physicl machine to another machine (P2X).Saidovic

Have you tried the VMWare Standalone Convertor 4.3? I have had nothing but success with this tool.

Hi, I treid using disl2vhd and did not work also. Please I would like to know if there is way to recover/reinstall Disk Manager Service as I suspect that Veritas Foundation bloc windows starting in the target server. Thank you.Saidovic
