Windows 2008 Certificate Services new install - Following the how to guide http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us /library/cc772393(WS.10).aspx
Problem is Revocation server is offline, can't get it online. I am following the how to guide, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc772393(WS.10).aspx but when I get to step 4 and the below substeps, There is no certificate in the Personal Certificate store. Log on to the Online Responder computer as a CA administrator. Open the Certificates snap-in for the computer account. Open the Personal certificate store for the computer, and verify that it contains a certificate with the intended purpose of OCSP Signing. The Online responder shows "Bad signing certificate on Array Controller" When I try to start my CA Root service it errors out with this error "The Revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline. 0x80092013.

Regarding the OCSP signing certificate, just make sure you either configure auto enrollment as described in the note after step 1 in the section "To manually force enrollment for the signing certificate (Optional)" or request that certificate manually. Regarding the revocation error, do you only have an Enterprise Root CA as described in the lab manual? /Hasain
