Windows 2008R2 / 2012 Compatiblity Check

Hi,

We are currently using an old "Dell power edge 2950" server and it is running Windows 2003 R2. We are planned to upgrade Windows Server 2008R2/2014 in this same Dell server. Whether this configuration and Processor is enough to install Windows 2008/2012 server... ?

Dell Server Configuration:

RAM will be upgraded to 8 GB.
