Windows 2003 server access denied
I have a folder that I cannot access as the administrator. When you right click on the folder the security tab is not visable, and General and Customize tabs can be seen. I tried to check permissions using xcacls and received error: access is denied.I tried deleting by comman line, again access denied error. I am logged in as Enterprise admin.I would appreciate any help on how I can delete this folder.

Hi, Where is this folder located? Have you tried to delete this folder in Safe Mode? I suggest referring to the following articles first: You cannot remove folders in a Windows Server 2003-based DFS environment http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932456/en-us Missing or No Security Tab Found in Windows XP Professional http://www.mydigitallife.info/2006/07/19/missing-or-no-security-tab-found-in-windows-xp-professional/ Hope it helps.
