Does server 2003 lock the admin password if its been entered wrong? If not how do i go about resetting the admin password? Ive been told that i have the correct password but i can not login to our server.

by default Windows Server 2003 cannot lock built-in Administrator account. However this is possible if you use passprop.exe utility that will allow to lock this account after certain (defined in Account policy) unsuccessfull logon attempts.
