Windows 10 Server Manager Error: Could not load Microsoft.Windows.ApplicationServe r.ServerManager.Plugin

Windows 10 Enterprise upgraded from Windows 8.1 Enterprise which previously had RSAT on it.

Just installed the new version.  When I start it I get an error:

Could not load Microsoft.Windows.ApplicationServer.ServerManager.Plugin or one of its dependancies.  The system cannot find the file specified.

Removing all servers from the list corrects it but as soon as I add them back it pops up.

It appears to specifically happen when I add my Exchange Servers to the console.

Hi,

According to your description, my understanding is that RSAT on Windows 10 will prompts error when adding server to the console.

In general, there should be only one RAST version installed on your device. Make sure that the previous RAST has been removed:
1. Control Panel Programs - Uninstall a program - View installed updates.
2. Right-click Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2693643), and then click Uninstall.
3. Click Yes to uninstall the update.
Then restart the computer and try to install RAST for Windows 10, and confirm the result.
