Is there anyway to force an issue to generate a Windows Error reporting.

Actually I was working on an issue which is happening in our production DC with 2008 SP2. the problem is my dc is freezing/hung if I execute any vb scripts or installing any third party software or running group policy related commands when the WER is enabled (a process werfault.exe is shown in the task manager by the user name) and the only option is to power cycle the server. I am trying to repro the problem is test environment and I've no idea how to manually force an issue to generate a WER.

We did that but no luck. Please clarify is there anyway to force an issue to generate a WER to repro the problem in the test environment
