Win Server OS Library Mgmt Pack for SCCM 2012 R2 fails

This is not good as it's required by just about every other MP.

Message reads:

Windows Server Operating System Library did not pass the security verification.

The management pack cannot be downloaded and the temporary file has been deleted.

Could not load management pack [ID=Microsoft.Windows.Server.Library, Keytoken=31bf3856ad364e35, Version=6.0.7296.0].

From my experience, this error usually came from corrupted MP download. Please download it from http://www.microsoft.com/en-hk/download/details.aspx?id=9296 rather using catalog service.
