Win 2008 std update failure
I have been trying now for a few days to install two updates on to a Win 2008 standard server, they download and seem to install ok but after the reboot they are still there saying there was anderror. I have tried installing individually and locally but no success, can you help?

Hi, Please try the troubleshooting suggestions as “Mr X” provided first. If it does not work, please also run “appwiz.cpl” and click “View installed updates” to check if these two updates are listed as installed updates? If so, please try to uninstall them, restart the computer and reinstall the updates.
