This is a dell 1950 running 2008 64bit. It is a brand new install. The server has no special config. It is used only to host VMWare Workstation and run one Windows 2003 server 32 bit server. we get booted off about every 10 minutes. We tried switching the router, cable. How do I troubleshoot this? My IT guy is useless. Thanks

No one? I have wireshark trace from both sides while a ping to the host machine is running as well as a ping to the guest image. The host never falls off the network, only the Windows 2003 32 bit guest image running in VMWare worksation 6.5. Thanks
