Wierd issue in time
Hi All,I have a wierd issue with network time on my 2003 server.The time being obtained from the time servers seems to be 5 minutes ahead of GMT.Any ideas would be appreciated.Richard

Hello Richard,Thank you for posting here.In addition to Mohammad's suggestion, you can refer to the KB 816042 to configure an authoritative time server in Windows Server 2003.

Meanwhile, you can install the following Hotfix for Windows 2003-Base server to see if the issue goes awasy.
The Windows Time service in Windows Server 2003 does not synchronize time with a time server if the precision value of the NTP response is less than -30
