Why would the Management Portal say that operating system family is not currently available?

I log in to Management Portal (HTML5 one), go to "cloud services", select my service, go to "configure" tab and want to see the OS family and version but the portal always shows this:

Operating System Family This setting is not currently available.

Operating System Version This setting is not currently available.

What does that mean and when will "currently" end?

Hi,

I think it is server side issue. Something busy or else. Usually it will return later. You can try to have a look now to see if it works. If still not working, you can open a ticket with management portal error or exception in billing ticket.
