Why is a Windows 7 client getting a message indicating time and/or date is different than that on my Server 2008 R2?`
Windows 7 client is receiving this message when trying to login to the server:
"there is a time and/or date difference between the client and server"

Did you verify the time on the PC? If the client computer's time or date is not synchronized with the authenticating domain controller, Kerberos validation does not
succeed

You can make a NTP (Network Time Protocol) server to keep all of the clients in sync. What Santhosh is saying is probably true, so just change the time to that of your server and the problem should be fixed. I thought that if the time was more then
a minute different it gave a message like that.
Good luck NavarroIT

Hello,
this is due to a difference between time on client and server. It is important that your client computers have the same time as DCs. For that, they should be able to sync time with the PDC Emulator. Also, I recommend configuring the PDC to sync time with
an NTP server.
Note that, by default, if this difference exceed 5 minutes, you will have Kerberos failures.
