I am attracted to the idea of the Azure platform for the scalability but am unsure where to start (cheapest option with everything I need to get started).  I really just want an ASP.NET/MVC site using my own domain name and a SQL server back end.  Can someone tell me what I need to purchase?

Also, eventually I would like the ability to possibly periodically run SSIS jobs to sync third part data sources (CSV) to my database, maybe on a scheduled basis via SQL Agent.  Is this even possible on any of the Azure setups?
