Hi,
You should able to find it in App Store.
If not, it could be the location (country) of App Store you are connected do not have this app yet.
Instead of waiting for an available version, you can also test RD Beta as a workaround. It is still in a Beta version but it still support basic functions of remote desktop in Mac OS.
