Where can I find my Azure's Access ID and Contract ID?

Azure Support Ticket

In order for me to submit a support ticket I need to inform my Access ID and Contract ID. But I can't find these IDs on my Azure account. Can someone show me the path to get these IDs?

Thanks,

Hi,

Do you have the Azure subscription already ? If so, please try submitting a ticket from here .

As per my understanding there should not be any Access ID / contract ID prompt for creating a support ticket.

However, Please give a try from the link provided above and also let me know how and what type of ticket ( Billing / technical support ) ticket you are creating .

Yes, I have a subscription. I clicked on your link and ended up on the same page asking my IDs to submit a

ticket. See the attached image.

Hello Leongrin,

You need to set up your Access ID and Contract ID to use your Technical Support benefits.

If you havent set up your Contract ID and Access ID, youll need to do so before you can take advantage of your technical support benefit. This is a one-time setup process and enables you to submit technical support incidents online or via phone anytime you need assistance.

Subscribers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa: Follow the activation instructions included on http://support.microsoft.com/activatesupport.
  • Subscribers in all other geographies:
    1. Call your countrys Microsoft Technical Support number and inform the agent that you need to set up a support contract for your MSDN subscription. Theyll provide you with a Contract ID and Access ID.
