Im using Azure trial I found my ftp link but I dont know my ftp user name and password I couldn't find it anywehere

Mehmet, if this is for a Windows Azure Web site, you can reset the user name and password by clicking on the web site to go to the dashboard view and then you can reset the credentials.

I had the same question. Apperently the FTP user name and password are in the publish file.

I solve it I missed the name of my site I wrote only user name but I must like this "nameofyoursite\$nameofyoursite"

this is clear as mud.  so do I put the dollar sign?  is it name of site\name of site or nameofsite\username or

nameofsite\$username  and leave off ftp?  put on port?  really, this is like a puzzle that is not designed to be solved.

Just to try to migrate one of 70 sites.  this could take weeks.

Ugh!
