Hello.
When I want to join a computer into windows domain I use my domain name "example.cop" but when I wan to logging into a system I use "example1\USER NAME" , what is "example1" ?

Since it is a single name with no dots, I would say it is the Netbios name of your domain.
If you want to use the DNS-style name to log in, use username@example.cop
