Can anyone let me know what are the best bractices, risk, impact and actions needed to implement QoS in Lync 2010 for our environment? I also enclosed the following further information to understand the environment.

1. No of users (for whom QoS has to be applied) = 1864 

2. WAN total Bandwidth limit 

WAN link 32 Mbps. Links to sites vary in bandwidth from 512 Mb to 30 Mb

3. LAN total Bandwidth limit

LAN inside sites up to 1Gb

4. No of Windows based client machines = 1778
