NT-Security-Descriptor is the actual attribute where the security defined on the object, aka the ACL (Access Control List) is stored in an Active Directory environment.
It's basically equals the Security tab as <Martin> pointed out above, so you can view it there.
User-Parameters attribute stores the parameters of the user, which is set aside for use by applications. Terminal Services information is stored in the userParameters schema attribute as a BLOB.
