What's wrong with the download page for the SQL Server 2014 Feature Pack?

I've tried three machines and three different browsers but all I get is a blank screen.  I can't seem to find any alternate download site.  The web site that I keep getting directed to is http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42295 but that site doesn't work at all.  Is there an alternate download site?

I am also getting blank pages trying to access links from

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3058865

I know I installed SP less than a week ago successfully, so this problem seems to be recent. I guess someone from MS needs to verify that.
