There doesn't seem to be a TFS forum so I wasn't sure where to post this... We experienced a slight outage this morning with our TFS 2010 farm, where users could not access Team Web Access. When they attempted, they were presented with an error message, "Access Denied: User domain\serviceacct needs the following permissions: Make Requests on Behalf of Others." Everything has been working fine for a month with no issues, and then all of a sudden this error popped up. I checked all the appropriate permissions at the project collection level, and the service account was part of the project collection service accounts group, and had the Make Requests on Behalf of Others permissions assigned. I tried unassigning and reassigning the permissions to no avail. Then I did an IIS reset on the app server and that seems to have cleared everything up. Anyone else ever run into this issue?
