Hello,

First of all, thanks for your replies.

The site is running.

However, the site goes down all the time and "the blue screen appears".

At first it was off for several hours, after that it went up. Since than, it goes up and down all the time.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I've updated the site to shared mode and the problem persists.

When I try to log in to my site using WebMatrix, I get the following error (the publish profile is correct):

Could not publish the site. Could not publish the site.

The site seems to be working fine right now.

I actually haven't done a thing.

WebMatrix started to work again, and the site became stable once again.

Hello,

I have a free account at: taumed.azurewebsites.net

I get the following message:

"This site is currently not available...Please try again later"

The site has been down for several hours.

Upon contacting the Online support, I was told that the site is within boundaries and that the reason is probably technical.

Please help me with this issue

Thanks,

Eyal

Hi,

Is the status of the Website running or stopped? (Start the site if stopped)

Are you using any diagnostics for your website?

If yes, then download the trace logs to analyze what had happened during that time. This will help you to find if it was caused due to application or infrastructure issue.

Since you are saying that your site runs in a free mode, you have quotas on it. Try to upgrade it to either "Shared" or "Dedicated" mode (paid options) and check because that could be one of the reason.

Also refer this link and follow the steps from this link and check if it helps:
