Web Console Stand-Alone
According to this document
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh298606.aspx I should be able to install the OpsMgr Web Console on a stand-alone/workgroup server. I'm trying to do this (with 2012 sp1) but running into errors installing just the web console... "Active
Directory Check - Operations Manager can only be installed on a network running Active Directory directory service". Has anyone else successfully installed the web console on a workgroup (dmz) server? I'm looking for more documentation and maybe some
validation that this will actually work. Thanks -kb

I've never tried, but I'm pretty certain that "stand-alone" in this context only means "with no other SCOM feature", not "running as a workgroup server"... This is how I understand it at least

I've never tried, but I'm pretty certain that "stand-alone" in this context only means "with no other SCOM feature", not "running as a workgroup server"... This is how I understand it at least

Web Console should be installed in a Windows Server which network should be running Active Directory service.
It is not possible to install web console on workgroup machine.
