dr watson is a program debugger described in this article. I don't know what the specific error is. You can turn it off http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732067%28WS.10%29.aspx

When a program error occurs in Windows, the system searches for a program error handler. A program error handler deals with errors as they arise during the running of a program so If the system does not find a program error handler, the system verifies that the program is not currently being debugged and considers the error to be unhandled. The system then processes unhandled errors by looking in the registry for a program error debugger for which Dr. Watson is the default. your error clearly indicates that you have problem in the Exchange server 2010 services which is MSExchangeMailSubmission, M.Exchange.StoreProvider Please contact the exchange server forums for more help http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/category/exchangeserver/http://www.virmansec.com/blogs/skhairuddin
