Wanted to allow local admin to change date and time

Hi, we have allowed particular group to change date and time, zone from from default domain policy in Primary domain controller. Its working fine and the allowed group only able to change the date and time, zone. But if we do login as local administrator in any local computer we are unable to change the date and time or zone.

Please guide us.

Change the system time                domain\Date-Time Change Access    Default Domain Policy

Change the time zone                    domain\Date-Time Change Access    Default Domain Policy

> Change the system time                domain\Date-Time Change Access > Default Domain Policy   This setting is NOT cumulative, you must add every group/user you want to be able to change.
