Hi,

I want to set the scope or limit the discovery of AD MP that we have recently imported/deployed in our environment to a specific Domain's AD servers and not all AD servers in our environment. Why we need this because our SCOM 2007 r2 Management group is monitoring multiple customer and we want to monitor AD servers for a specific customer and in that for a specific Domain.

Please let me know if it is possible to tweak the AD MP and set the scope/target or limit the discovery to specific group of AD servers?

I think you can try to override the object discovery. For example, you can create a group for the servers you dont want to discover, and create the override with For a group option. For details steps, please refer to:
