Hi, do you mean the "Terminal Services" (Remote Desktops) MMC snap-in, which comes with XP/2K3 Adminpak (or the equivalent Vista/Win7 RSAT)? this MMC console snap-in provides a way to create & save a persistent list of console sessions. the adminpak/RSAT are optional download/installs. you may also choose to update to the latest TS/RD client. for XP; SRV2003SP2 x86 adminpak: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=86B71A4F-4122-44AF-BE79-3F101E533D95&displaylang=en Vista RSAT x86: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=9FF6E897-23CE-4A36-B7FC-D52065DE9960&displaylang=en Win7 RSAT x86: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=7d2f6ad7-656b-4313-a005-4e344e43997d&displaylang=en depending on the SP level of your XP PC's, you may choose/need this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=6E1EC93D-BDBD-4983-92F7-479E088570ADDon

Hi Don, As i mentioned, Terminal Service/Remote Desktop Services need to be installed and configured on the server side. You can use RSAT or Adminpak, the condition is that you should configured the server first on the server side, otherwise you are unable to use open the corresponding snap-in with RSAT on clients. sure do! :) it's just not clear to me if the OP is referring to a server-side or a client-side challenge. the OP mentions only the client-side.Don
