Want to Export Azure SQL DB to sql 2014 on-premises server

On the Azure SQL DB I was able to apply "Export a Data-tier Application"  to a given database, resulting in a  bacpaq. The sql 2014 on-premises offered "Deploy Data-tier Application" which apparently is looking for a dacpaq (data only) not a bacpaq. How am I to restore the bacpaq  (schema + data) to the on-premises server?

TIA,
