What is difference between Scheduled install day/time: Every day at 3:00 and Setting AU scheduled install time to 2015-09-10 17:00:00 ? Does a PC start installing updates at 3:00 or 5:00? when does it restart then?

And what does the Detection Frequency 22 mean?
