WSUSPool Connection Drops

I jsut installed WSUS 6.2 in our windows 2012 environment about 3 weeks ago.

All clients showing as "Not yet reported".  We push the WSUS update through group manager.

I did the WSUS server health check and all services are working fine,

Inside the HTTPRR log I am seeing the following:

HTTP/1.1 POST /ClientWebService/client.asmx - 1511051176 Connection_Dropped WsusPool.

Looks like the WSUS setting is getting disconnected inside IIS.

I dont see any error anywhere.

WSUSPool running on .NetFramework version 4. Identity is Network service.

I also ran the Healthcheck and all services running fine. I did get some ASP exception error(Event ID 1309)

I hope some has seen this issue.

So, have a look at windowsupdate.log. If you got the same error, as suggested you can check firewall rules and anti-virus software settings.

In addition, did you make any change on the server?
