WIndows 10 Group Policy Help!

Hi All,

I'm a little bit new to Group Policy and I'm trying to create a policy to remove the Windows 10 default applications (Xbox, Groove Music etc). However, I've tried copying the templates from my Windows 10 Pro machine from C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions to the same folder on both of our domain controllers but there doesn't seem to be any additional settings.

Is there any extra steps that need to be done to allow Windows Server 2012 R2 DCs to administer Windows 10 specific group policies?

Thanks

To add, when you are administering domain-based Group Policy objects (GPOs), we recommend you to use central store, which will greatly reduces the amount of storage space required to maintain GPOs.

It will provide the ability to read from a single domain-level location on the domain controller's sysvol (not user configurable).

The files that you coyied in the Central Store are later replicated to all domain controllers in the domain.
