Well! Hacking the registry was certainly not a good idea, you could put your system in an unrecoverable state. Not recommend at
all!

Ensure you meet the system requirement:
- Supported platforms: x86-based and x64-based
- Supported operating systems: Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2,
Windows Server 2012, Windows 7 SP1
- Processor: 1.6 GHz Pentium III or greater
- RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) of available physical RAM (The amount of physical
RAM depends on what applications are running on the client computer. You can use Task Manager to identify how much physical RAM is available on your computer.)
3) Ensure you meet the software requirement.
- .NET Framework 4.5 and .NET Framework 4.5.1.
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or Visual Studio 2013
4) Alternatively, try installing WCF LOB Adapter SDK from http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=39630
Either of WCF-LOB-Adapter-SDK-2013-x64.exe or WCF-LOB-Adapter-SDK-2013-x86.exe
based on your system configuration.
