WCF X509 Authentication AZURE, so what?

Well,

There are plenty of documentation talking about how to authenticate a services using x509 but not a single one has a full approach to upload a certificate into Azure and make it readable into application.

My needs:

 1. Expose a WCF service using Azure (no matter what, Web App or Cloud App).
 2. Secure some services with an x509 certificate using public key.

What I have tried:

 • WCF Services on Web App. Locally is ok, but when it goes on Azure, there is no place to put x509 certificate.
 • WCF Services on Cloud App. So, Cloud App has the ability to upload the certificate, but after a long time configuring, I read an article that is not able to expose endpoint authentication WCF on Cloud App.
