W3K member server AD suppport tools
Dear all
I have setup a W3KR2 member server in a AD domain which has one AD server (which is W3KR2) I would like to install the AD support tools so that I can access AD from my member server. I have downloaded the support tools from the MS website and installed
the tools from the W3KR2 disk, can anyone please point me in the right direction.

As I see, you have already downloaded the administrative tools pack.
Now click on start > run and write mmc then click on
OK. Once done, click on file > Add/remove snap-in
and add the administrative tools you want to use.
After that, connect to your server using your administrative tools to administer it remotly.

Hello,

If you want to display the administrative tools on the All Programs menu and the Start menu, proceed like that:
1- Perform right mouse click on Start button and click on
properties
2- Select Start Menu and Click on Customize
and then make sure that Display on the All Programs menu and Start menu
is checked.
