I installed the most recent Windows Azure SDK for .NET. In Visual Studio 2013 under Server Explorer -> Windows Azure I only see my services for "Service Bus" and "Web Sites" but not my services for "SQL Databases" and "Mobile Services" (although I have 2 databases and 1 Mobile Service created on the portal). Is this normal or how can I also see my other created services?

I suggest you try to do as following steps

1) right-click the Windows Azure node (in visual studio server explorer)

2) click Manage subscription

3) click Certificates

4) Import your certificates

please try it, hope this helps.
