Hello How can I get Vista RC1 build 5600?

I dont think its out yet, the Pre RC1 was out but closed pretty much the same day.

vista RC1 is out and i am looking for it also i have been testing vista for almost a year and i am liking it just takes for ever to get the new updates sometimes maybe someone can help out here from microsoft on where we can get the new RC1 and start testing
