Virus Scanning Recomendations
I don't know if this is correct forum group to post this in but here i go... We are currently using Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security Advanced for our anti-virus protection. I am wondering whether or not we should skip scanning our SQL and Exchange databases? I have already contacted Trend Micro and they informed me that if we were were experiencing performance issues we should skip them, but i am concerned about the virus scanner corrupting the database by scanning the database while its in use. Can anyone help me with what Microsoft's recommendation is on this?
