Virtual Server Converter Error - Provider load failure

Working on converting a Windows 2008 physical Server to virtual server using the Microsoft Virtual Server Converter tool and I get an error at the the convert disks stage. It says Provider load failure.

Source server has this in event log:

Log Name:      Application

Date:          6/24/2015 1:22:21 PM
Event ID:      5605
Task Category: None
Level:         Warning
Keywords:      Classic
User:          N/A
Description:
The root\mvmcp2v namespace is marked with the RequiresEncryption flag. Access to this namespace might be denied if the script or application does not have the appropriate authentication level. Change the authentication level to Pkt_Privacy and run the script or application again.

Your best bet for help is to post this in the Hyper-V forum here:

This forum is for Virtual Server 2005, which isn't related to Hyper-V.
