Does anyone know what the administrator logon password for the Virtual Hard Diskof Windows Server 2008?

Type Administrator for the username, then hit Enter You will be requested to enter a new password. Leave the Old Password empty, enter a new password and confirm it. No this doesnt work, just keeps saying incorrect username or password. I've tried Password, password, Pa$$w0rd, changeme, longhorn, Longhorn. All with admin and administrator as the username.

As described earlier in this forum the default password for the downloadable Windows Server 2008 Virtual Machines is pass@word1. You can find this info in the readme file that is part of the download. Please note: Both Virtual Machines use the US Keyboard lay-out by default. You cannot use copy/pastein the login screen. I recommend typing the password behind the username in the username field in the login screento see whetheryou are typing the password correctly. Aftercorrectly typing the password behind the username (and deleting the password characters after that of course) use the same keystrokes to type the password in the password field.
